I've always dreamed of having a career in art. I have three passions in life. Drawing and art in general is the first one I recognized as being a true passion. The second is horseback riding and training, which is my current job. (I'm often told I'm one of the few people who actually loves their job...though it can be trying at times) And the third is reading and writing; I want to write and publish a novel one day and am currently working on a book.
Recently, I've solidified my decision to try for a career in the art field. BUT, art schools are expensive and my parents and I are barely making junior college expenses as it is. So I've decided to practice on my own until I can figure out how I'm gonna be able to get some formal training. I'm gonna start with anatomy of various subjects and then maybe move on to studying color and lighting and just see what I can teach myself in between school and work.
